Answer:

First off it's been proven that 'weed' causes lapses in memory and therefore cognitive functionSmoking it out of aluminum foil is only going to enhance that effectAbout 20 years ago the nursing homes in the area that I live did a study and found that when they stopped cooking the food served to their residents the Alzheimer like symptoms decreased dramaticallyThis is because of the aluminum oxide released into the food was ingested and attached to the brain causing the symptomsIf you smoke anything in aluminum foil you will be getting the same aluminum oxide and thus poisoning your brainSo don't do it.
Remove the TV and the computer from the roomThe computer you stated is water cooled wich usually means it is a high end gaming computer which gives off a fair amount of heatIf the TV is a plasma, they are quite energy inefficient an do produce as much or more heat than the old CRT tube TVsAnother thing to look into is the ceiling insulationIf you have an attic and an access door into the atticCheck the insulation valueYou should have at least an R rating of 20, 40 would be much betterIf you do add insulation to your ceiling, do not block the ventilation from the soffit.
