One of my friends straightens her hair almost everyday and hasn't gotten it cut for two yearsI've never really looked to see if she has split ends but, how bad is it for your hair to straighten it?
people say it's bad to straighten it, and that if you must then no more than once a week and with a heat protectant sheen, but i haven't noticed any negative effects on mine, and i've straightened it about every day or every other day for about a year now the only problem i could see is it drying out your hair really bad until it breaks, but it's different for everybody, since some people's hair can't take the heatespecially if the iron is set to a really high temp, like in the four hundreds, like my flat iron.
