Question:

How can I get A warrent lifted from a car i had just bought?

I bought an Audi a while back. I‘ve been pulled over three times for the same reason. There is a warrant issued to the car. I would like to know how i can get this warrant lifted?

Answer:

it vibates Up/down? That sounds like the rim/tire is out of round (not perfectly circular). You also might want to check (though this is unlikely) that your front forks aren't leaking fluid that will result in poor damping and a possible up/down shimmy.
you're on the right track with the balancing, and the bent rim is a possibility. did they touch the rear wheel for any reason? bad alignment with the front might cause the sensation you're describing. It would actually be the rear fighting the front, but I could see that causing an 'up-down' feeling as the rear pushes off-center.
Go to the county tax office and have the title transfered to you. They will issue you new tags and it will be registered to you, They should solve your problem
Cars are inanimate objects, and warrants are not issued to cars. The former owner may have a warrant, and the plate entered into the system. Once the police realize the car has been sold the stops will be discontinued. You can do nothing to get a warrant lifted, they obviously are still looking for the person.
This is not to solve your problem. just an FYI (find the fix for your problem before trying these). for all. the new dynamic balancing beads are great if you have a parts store that carries them just let the air out and pour 'em in thru the stem. Check 'em out.
