A highboy Neon? Unheard of in most conventional circles, but here are some suggestions: If you have that much money to blow on something worth less than the lint in my pocket, why don't you hunt around for a decent Ranger or S-10 frame and driveline for cheapBorrow a gantry crane, cut off the underpinnings of the Neon (they should just about fall off on their own by now), and lower the sucker into placeThe steering shaft will be a to connect, and you'll have to use the steering components of the truck, but with a little frame shorteneing, some welding, a couple hundred light domestic beers and some good friends to stand around and make fun of you, you will eventually have the most rediculous vehicle ever conceived ofBest of luck, and please post some pics if it ever happens.
What? What's that? JesusMore conspiracy theories.
