Water in system is checked for quality and added solution liquid.Pump is checked and in a good running operation.Two director valves used in system, both of them electrically and mechanically is checked and functioning. No problem in water flow noticed.
i am not familiar with this model i am guessing it is a hot water boiler. i work with low pressure steam boilers, but there are a few similarities between the two. there could be a few safety sensors that may be giving you problems. the most likely is a high pressure or temp. sensor, it will shut the unit down to prevent boiler explosion.(this is normally built into the main water temp sensor(main water temp sensor may modulate the flame or turn the flame on or off)). how full is the expansion tank? as the water is heated it expands if there is very little air in the expansion tank pressure builds up quickly and this could trip a high pressure sensor. check the expansion tank first!
