I dry fired my Crosman Nitro Venom? It's generally a very bad idea to dry fire spring/gas piston air rifles. With no pellet to provide resistance. The spring/gas ram will slam the piston into the end of the compression chamber with enough force that it can break the piston seal, the mainspring or in a worst case scenario, damage the compression chamber itself. Will I need to fix it? Sometimes once is enough to ruin the rifle. Other times you can get away without any damage whatsoever. It depends on the rifle, and luck. The gun shoots fine? Then, it sounds like you lucked out. Should I be concerned with the rifle's life expectancy? You should have thought of that before you purchased a Chinese built Crosman springer. :)) Okay, seriously, it does not sound like you damaged the rifle. Even though it is lubed properly, it is shooting out black oil? It sometimes takes 1000+ shots to burn off the excess oil left in the compression chamber during the manufacturing process. Do NOT over oil. One drop of Crosman RMCOIL in the compression chamber every two hundred shots is plenty. Should I open up the chamber and clean that? Unless you have a mainspring compression tool, and a bit of know-how, that's a VERY bad idea.
Clothing is not subject to copyright protection. Trademarks on the clothing may be subject to protection, but the easy way around that is to remove the trademark. The clothing itself is not a trademark. Patents also do not apply since you're not using any proprietary process to create your work. The only applicable laws are those that regulate the conduct of business. The only disclaimer that I'd recommend is something that clearly indicates, or states, that the clothing is not in NEW condition. Otherwise you're likely to get many demands for refunds when buyers find out that it's not. Since you're not actually manufacturing the clothing, you're not even subject to safety laws regarding the manufacture, such as flame retardants, etc.
You bought it it's yours to do as you wish
