My answer is similar to Almost B's. Wear some sexy lingerie or something to get him to notice you. Dress up in a slinky army uniform and maybe he will easily turn attention to you. If nothing else, either get another bf or take this one to a psychologist to break his habit (or an anonymous groupI am sure there is one for game addicts.) Maybe get yourself out of the house more, but that won't make him stop. It might relieve your tension. That is the best I can think of. I am sure there are many other suggestions, but that is a start.
There's a good chance you won't be able to at all. Studded tires are not allowed in many states, and the ones that do allow them put some heavy restrictions on their usage. Washing state for example: Studded tires are only legal Nov. 1 - Mar. 31. Motorists using studded tires after the deadline could incur a $124 fine from the Washington State Patrol. Minnesota and Michigan ban them outright. Nationwide, 36 states (including the District of Columbia) allow studded tires but restrict their use seasonally, geographically, or through equipment specifications. Six states (Colorado, Kentucky, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Vermont, and Wyoming) allow virtually unrestricted use of studded tires on state roads and highways. If you are in one the the 6 states that allow their use, you might be able to sell them. $100 is a good starting figure, give it a try. Good luck.
