Question:

How does an auto mechanic dress?

I decided about a year ago to dress like the avid outdoorsman I am. So I threw away all my jeans and Macy*s clothes and have worn only zip-off nylon pants, cross training shoes, Teva sandals, button up rayon or polyester shirts, and nylon t-shirts. I look like I just got back or am just leaving on a hike ALL THE TIME.Now, I'm beginning to pursue my passion for auto mechanics, though I still love backpacking, and wonder if I can combine the two or I'll have to dress completely differently? I don't want to be some sort of Nascar type, I'm not interested in auto racing. More about small 4X4's like CJ7 and Scout 800, classic cruisers like the '64 Lincoln Continental, and making good use of Japanese cars.Of course I know you need more than the right clothes to be an auto mechanic and builder. But the scope of this question is limited to just that specific area, please.

Answer:

Yes, this sounds pretty safe and it's how I pierced my nose myself. I would never recommend this though, you need to get it professionally done because there is always a chance of infection. Also, it is going to hurt like hell if you don't get it professionally done. When I did mine the first time I thought it was sanitary, but you can never get it perfectly sanitary only professionals can. I had to get mine re-pierced. Also, you might end up getting it in the wrong place. If you can't go to a professional, go for it I guess. You sound like you somewhat know what your doing.
Well, /watch?v0D2pSMShfT4 :) good luck if you choose to do a piercing by yourself. I recomend having someone to do it for you, it doesn't cost a lot. Price range is between 15-20 dollers.
No that's not safe. The nose is better then some things you could be piercing. Why would you want to pierce your nose anyway? It's not attractive at all, especially the way your nose looks after you take the ring out. Gross! The nose is just not a part of the body I would want to hang a decoration from. But if you have to do it, let a professional do it.
55 MPH according to tire manufacturer I deal with . And a friend who is a cop. But unless they r hipo tires keep speed down ,
You'll need to numb the area you're going to pierce. I think you'll have to look up a precise piercing technique cus my friend tried to pierce her nose in science lab while we were in secondary school, and all this blood came spurting out. very unusual. cus when you get a pro to do it, blood doesn't spurt does it? so you may want to check if there's a specific way of piercing
