They will train you - nothing to worry about!
They have to certify you anyway, so don't sweat it. They're so easy to use these days!
twist the handle more gently for a slower speed. if you use a different control mechanism for acceleration purposes,such as a lever, dont push or pull the lever as much. try to just barely move the accelerator device to control the spped until you get used to driving this and in a day or two, or even less, you will get the hang of it.
ah it's easy just like the red wagon you pulled when your were a kid expect this ones got a motor. think of it as a red wagon you pull the handle towards you the motor comes on and it will go wherever you guide it. to stop or slow down you let the handle return to it's upright position. they have either handles or buttons you push to raise and lower the loads. it's easy seems like they are always running out of juice when you need them, so they usually have some non electric ones around too they are easy too except you have to pump the handle up and down to raise the pallet and your the motor :)
