Hi I am planning on just hanging drywall in my basement. I don't know how much it costs. I don't know if I can do it myself or should hire a proffesional?
If you spot a spill, report it to proper authorities. If you see a person who looks suspicious, report them. Make sure you are wearing the required attire. (hard hats, goggles, suit and tie, closed toe shoes) Know where the closest fire exits are and fire extinguishers
well you would need something such as a pvc pipe or copper piepe that was heated and bent to an arch to support the balloons. start from the bottom and tie balloons in a spiral untill it reaches the other side, then your done. I do however suggest that you just buy an balloon arch, making your own is very difficult, have a high failure rate (especially without helium) they arent too exensive.
