i f you want some fake glasses, just get some w/out a magnificaton in them. Yes , if you wear a pair of glasses that aren't your prescription have any strength in them, they will effect your eyes. you need to only wear fake, PLAIN glasses. if you wanna wear glasses don't have a script. the eyes will adapt to the pres. or they will get weaker.
