If you are on a fix, on a smartphone, its inevitable u did something wrong, and this calls for a format of fone. To format the fone, press *#7370#, then enter the lock code, which is the sec code of the fone normally 1234 if you have not changed. NOTE: batt must be full, else if format is disrupted by low batt, consequences will be disastrous I heard the code *#7780# works too, pretty much the same. This process formats the phone and not the memcard which note. Take a proper backup of the phone coz you are going to loose all your data. Any finally try this at your own risk and don't blame or curse me later.
