I just bought a house and im tryin to turn the garage into an apartment and the floor has these like little crater things all over the place..I need to know what to use to fill it in so i can put some kind of flooring down.. they told me it was some kind of sealent stuff..

It can be built up to 1/4. For more money there is a liquid-pour leveller that you pour onto the floor and spread it out over the floor with a large garage squeegee or wiper.
