Just use what you would say. I need to write an ode to limes, and I'm completely stuck. Ahaha, so thanks !

Juice of 12 limes and the zest of one (best if not treated with chemicals), 350 grams of sugar and a liter of water. Dissolve the sugar, add the juice and zest and place in freezer. Stir ever hour or so. Another way - it's a pretty spectacular way of making it is: sit a large stainless metal bowl in a tub of crushed ice (sprinkle some rock salt on the ice). You'll need a whisk.... slowley pour a cup of the prepared liquid into the bowl and whisk until it turns to slush and scoop into serving glass serve immediately.
LIME SHORBET INGREDIENTS 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin or flavor of your choice 1 cup sugar 1 cup boiling water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 4 cups cold milk DIRECTIONS In a bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add lemon juice and peel. Whisk in milk; mix well. Pour into an ungreased 9-in. square pan. Cover and freeze for 2 hours. Transfer to a mixing bowl; beat for 2 minutes. Return to pan. Cover and freeze for 1 hour; stir. Freeze 1 hour longer or until firm. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. HAVE A GOOD TIME! CHEERIO!

Creamy Lime Sherbet 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 1 dash salt 1 quart milk 1 pint half-and-half cream 8 drops green food coloring (optional) 1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. 2. Add sugar, limeade and salt; mix until sugar is dissolved. 3. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. 4. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
