I bought a new computer (windows Vista), with a 19 LCD monitor. All the pictures and my family photos look rather dull here (not very sharp and not colorful). My previous 17 crt MONITOR appeared much better. Did I miss some adjustments that I was suppose to make?Also my internet window comes only to half my screen size, even when I maximize it. Any suggestions? Thanks
If you have a video card adjust the color settings.

Hi. Your monitor has a native resolution equal to the actual pixel count for width and height. Set your monitor to this value by right clicking on your desktop and selecting 'Properties'. A wide screen has different values than a 4:3 monitor, but the native resolution always gives the best resolution.
