Question:

I can't access my laptop camera?

I have Lenovo B560 laptop, and I had Windows XP Service pack 3 before. Everything worked fine, camera was in My Computer, I could click on her and take a video or a picture of myself. I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate, and now I can't find my camera anywhere. My camera works by the way, I can make Skype video calls (but I can only accept invite to video call, I can't make a video call but when I accept video call, I can see the other person and he can see me, also Skype sees that I have camera, he can detect it), also I looked in Device Manager, and there I found camera, and it says This device is working properly. When I try to update drivers it says Drivers for this device are up to date. Also, when I go to Control Panel and then on Scanners and Cameras (I think it's called like that, I am not on my laptop now) I can't find the camera, it's nowhere to be found in Control Panel, only in Device Manager. So, to sum it up: my camera is working, Windows can detect her, but I can't access it when I want.

Answer:

Paint scheme depends on mission and type. In doubt you would call Air Force One, Dark or in Camo.
Your employer is supposed to post in a prominent place the minimum wage, maximum hours, and who to contact at the state. Go find that poster, and call the agency on it.
you don't file a suit you file a wage claim with the state.. the employer by law must maintain accurate records and must provide them. most states do NOT require any breaks of any kind for adults. if you would like more information about what breaks are required (if any) and how to file a wage claim EDIT your question to include what state you are in.
You could deff file a suit, i've been in a similar situation. Keep in mind the suit will time and you probably will be fired after she finds out your filing against her, so i'd say for now look for other jobs so when you file you wont be in more financial trouble. Find a new job which is really hard right now I know..and then quit and file, or tell her if she doesnt pay you within a week for all your hours you will file against her and see if that works! best of luck3
Just get another job. The little money you stand to gain from this will neither be worth your time or money (for a lawyer). And you'll be black balled as a trouble maker. Your future employers are sure to call her and ask for a reference.
