i have a weight loss question!please help! I don't know what i can do!?

i am currently taking adipex-p that i got from my doctor its to control my appetite i started it on july 6, 2011 it is now the 22nd and i have currently lost 13 pounds:) i was 280 and now i am 267:) i want to keep dropping it but it seems that im staying at 267i dont know what kind of exercise i can do at home since i have no access to a gymi would walk but everyone at my house get home very late and i work during the day until 10pmwe have a above ground pool from intex its 15ft pool about 3 ft deepso i cant really do much i dont thinkim trying to get as much weight down as possible before my appointment on the 5th and before school starts at the end of august! im open to try anythingplease please no negitivity! oh and i also eat about 1000 calories a day and drink nothing but water i eat fruit and a cup of milk in the morning if not milk water and lunch i usually have a ceaser salad with broiled chicken or a regular salad with chicken and dinner is usually cottage cheese and ham or something small.
