i get really freaked out when i turn on a vacuum. especialy at night is that normal? how can i ummmm say overcome this fear of vacuum cleaners. give me some fictional fun answers. (i really am scared of vacuums so if u have any advice plz post it)

Answer:

you have to realize, it's just a machine. It does one function- it sucks. You need to face your fear and desensitize yourself. That means, repeatedly turn on the vacuum each night and vacuum the place. Eventually, the fear will fade.
When you were a child there is probably a very painful memory with a vacuum cleaner. Maybe your parents were smacking you with one while they were vacuuming as you lay on the floor. Or you were a baby and all was peaceful and then DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN vacuum sound for hours you gave you a headache it was the worst day of your life, you just don't remember it.
Afraid of vacuums? That sucks! Best advice is not to let the end of the hose get too close to your dick. If you do you will find out that 'blow' job is just an expression. But if you want a realistic answer, wear an mp3 headset with the volume loud. You won't be quite as afraid if you can't hear the noise. Good luck
I once had a fear of the Vacuum. To conquer my fear, I went into the dirtiest part of my house, and sat there for 20 weeks. Without food, I got so weak that all I could see were the dust mites collecting on the floor ever so slowly. I need to vacuum them I thought to myself. After 20 weeks, I arose from the ashes of my old self, into a new, fearless self. I immediately vacuumed up that dust and did not think of it ever again. I conquered both my fears of vacuums and my fears of slow and painful starvation. Alas, my fear of all things yellow lives on...
Desensitize yourself by placing the hose on your arm for about a minute with the power on do this each day until you can stand the noise the vacuum makes Good Luck !
