Question:

I'm eating fiber but not pooping!?

i eat a lot of fiberI eat fiber one bars (once a day) and kidney beans, fruits, veggies….i used to poop once a day every single day, and now i skip days!! the last time i pooped was two days ago, yet i am eating all of this fiberwhat is wrong? i workout a lot, i drink on average 2 water bottles a day… and I'm trying to lose about 5 pounds but i need to poop more to do that! is there something wrong?

Answer:

Too much fibre can actually cause constipation until your body gets used to it, its only a way of bulking the stool and pushing out anything that is slow moving in the bowel, so its not the best laxativeif you get magnesium in chelated powder formand take enough to give you a bowel movement that will clear out the bowelalso works with vitamin C in high doses, these are both good to take anyway as most ppl are deficient and they help a whole range of other processes in the bodythe magnesium can be taken every day for mood, relaxation, weight lossetctake non elemental formsbtw you should excavate the bowel twice a day to be healthy, not every 2 days, the person who wrote that above is seriously wrong!
Find a cleaning business that uses a dry chemical process like Chem Dry, hereAvoid the water logging processes, second choice would be steam cleaning.
The carpet manufacturers require truck mounted high vacuum extraction steam cleaning at least every 18-24 months to maintain your warrantyThis will clean away soil, oil and rejuvenate the texture and twist of the carpetAs long as the steam cleaning method is truck mounted you can be assured that water will not be left in your carpetI would also suggest if you don't have a Stain Master carpet, to have your stain treatment reapplied so you don't leave your fiber exposed to stainsEach time you steam clean your carpet you remove some of the topically applied treatment.
