If he's not giving you anything at all, then it will hurt like the dickens. Seriously, if he tries to start without giving you anything, RUN out of there. I had three done on Thursday and they gave me numbing shots. It is sort of loud and it's sort of intimidating (the smell is horrible too, and there's smoke when they drill). When i did it, they gave me a few numbing shots (they hurt really badly), then waited for those to kick in before they gave me more. Then they put this sort of rubber sheet over my mouth and then he started drilling. There were 2 ppl assisting him. He would take these metal needle type things and stick them into the whole and twist them around, then take a suction thing to try and suck out the nerve, every now and then he'd take a few x rays. After he got all the dead pulp out and stuff, he put these pink colored needle shaped tihngs called gutta percha to fill the root canal. Then, he sealed it with a temporary seal, took another x-ray. Then, you go to your dentist and they will give you a permanent seal.
I had brought my boyfriend back to my house to go swimming. After having some ''fun'' in the pool I decided we should go lay on this hammock. It wasn't your normal hammock and it was really old. So I go to lay on it and it rips in half. I only weigh about 120. It was sooo embarrassing.
