Im getting a dog bed heating pad and it says its self warming.what does that mean?

But is always best to be on a inside wall so a possible draft doesn't trick it into not working. It is alway best to use a line voltage model, as battery operated models are known for false alrams. Its best to buy one from a HVAC professional, but large discount home centers also can be a good bet.
