Is chicken high in iron?

today i found out i was anemic, so i was curious if it was high in iron, because i need more iron in my diet.

Answer:

there is only one motor for two wiper, the other nut is loosen, tighten it back with wrench or socket wrench
make sure the nut that holds the wiper down is tight

Chicken does have some iron, but it's not the greatest choice if you're looking to add more iron to your diet. Roasted dark meat only has 1.3 mg per serving. Turkey actually has more (2.6 in 3/4 cup). Lean steak, such as london broil or flank steak has alot more iron. (Organ meat has the most, but even I have a hard time recommending thatLOL). Other great choices are seafood such as shrimp, clams, oysters and sardines. Other foods rich in iron: Iron fortified cereals (There's 18 mg in a bowl of Total) cooked beans and lentils green leafy vegetables black-strap molasses pumpkin seeds dried fruit such as raisins and apricots baked potato WITH skin You could also cook your food using a cast iron skillet. Iron from the skillet is absorbed directly into the food being cooked.
