Question:

is there damage in my transmission?

did my transmission get any damage?? I was driving about 20 to 30 and i accidently my truck in park for about 1 to 2 seconds the truck got forced up but i took it around the block and it worked fine is my transmission damaged ??

Answer:

Automatic transmission probably suffered a broken or damaged parking pawl. This is the device that keeps the transmission's output shaft from turning while in Park. Keeps the truck from rolling down hill. If that still works, you may have gotten lucky.
I run magnaflows on my 99 f-150. Nice sound but not so loud you cant hear. As far as pipe size, bigger is not always better. If you went with a 3 inch system with a stock motor your doing more harm than good. They make alot of systems that have smaller input but larger output pipe that will not hurt performance.
Prob not, trannies are pretty tough. It just locked up the parking pin.
Holy crap, do not drive that car until someone looks at it. By putting it in park at such high speeds, you may have caused what's called park lock, where the transmission's parking fluid may have leaked out into the main gear compartment. This can solidify at ANY TIME and cause your transmission to seize VERY DANGEROUS especially when driving! Do not drive this car!!
You may also want to investigate the intake system - it has a muffler to reduce intake roar.
