My jaw I think keeps on locking. Every time I try to open it it only opens a quarter of a way and if I force some part pops, i certainly belive it's because I use to bite a lot of things and mostly ice I told my dentist about it and she just told me to wear a mouth guard but I don't grind my teeth. What do I do? Will it stay like this fovever? how do I treat it ?

If possible, close all doors behind you to slow the spread of the fire. Do not lock the doors, someone else may need to use them. Fire extinguishers are there so that a SMALL fire can be put out by the person discovering it AFTER they have raised the alarm. A fire extinguisher is of no use once a fire has taken hold of a building.
I would try to know where the fire is, and I'll get the fire extinguisher. If the fire is big and impossible to stop then I'll escape immediately.
