Question:

My Bloody Valentine 3-d!! What did you think of it?

Did you see it in 2d or 3d. Honestly I could have liked it better if it wasn't 100% 3d my eyes hurt, but I think the 3d made me enjoy it. And we screamed and hollered and wow took me two weeks to see it b/c it was frickin sold out so that hyped it up then I had to wait in line so I was scared I wasn't gonna get good seats which hyped it upwhat was your experience and don't you think the hotel/motel scene was the best and freshest scene that should go down in Horror movie history. It was soooo funnyyyy but that girl was sooo for real about her safety than clothes. haha

Answer:

If your brain gets crushed immediately, you are a bit lucky (but death isnt something to be lucky about). But if you brain crushes immediately, it stops sending signals and you die immediately and wont feel a pain. Otherwise, its really bad. most especially if you had to bleed to death. Look up Jacqueline Saburido, her case was worse. She was this beautiful young lady who got in an accident that left her alive but severely burnt. Its really painful, even the thought of it brings so much passion.
Employment is at will which means they can dismiss you at anytime. A now show no call will be viewed upon as he quit the important part here is no call, the employer has every right to consider that as quitting, and thus no unemployment benefits would be available. A law suit, please you have to be kidding me, as stated without contact it is noted as he quit.
Was it just one day? 2. verbal write-up is an oxymoron at best , if it's VERBAL there was no WRITING, so I would talk to your local labor board / unemployment office. I'm in a neighboring state to you, and common knowledge tells me that if they FIRE you , you would / can collect unemployment , but if you quit it's harder. Also , i believe it's a 3 day no show / no call , then they can claim he left or abandoned his job. Good luck.
