For Christmas I ask for naked 2 but my mom just got me the smaller version the basics pallet then got me the color YDX because she didn't remember which I wanted so should I keep the pallet and YDX or exchange for naked 2?
No..I haven't had such a child but I have worked with many different ages of patients who have had a Cleft Pallet. You didn't say how old the child was and to what extent the Cleft Pallet has affected him or her. I assume you have had the child in to see a surgeon who specializes in closing Cleft Pallets,or performs what ever surgical procedure that is appropriate for your child's condition. While a great many cleft pallet cases can be successfully repaired, there are some in which complete closures isn't possible. In those cases we normally construct what is called an Oburator, a dental appliance which is very successful in filing in the pallet opening. In a great many cases that dental appliances completely restores clear speech. Good luck and I wish you well.
My fiancee's daughter is going to be 4 in April.. she has had two maybe three cleft pallet repairs.. when she was born from her teeth back was open.. like no roof of her mouth.. and no hangy ball in the back either..but now it's just about perfect..except we can't tell if she can't talk because of her mouth or hearing problems..but she takes speech 5 days a week.so ...
i don't have a newborn with it yet i watch a sprint woman who had a cleft pallet. she purely had her surgical operation in jan. (whilst she grew to become a million) and its doing particularly nicely. If she did no longer have it she does not have been waiting to talk. She nevertheless does not communicate consistent with say yet she is getting so lots greater desirable than the place she grow to be in the previous asserting greater sounds that are commencing as much as sound greater like words. she has a thank you to pass and would desire to finally decide for speech scientific care yet as of now she is doing nicely. sturdy success to you and your new toddler.
