i have an io cable box from optimum and it shows the channel but the show name just says No data available also when i press the big io button and goto channel guide it just wont load, on demand works fine. can you please help asap thanks. o yea i have disconnected the power and what not. thanks in advance
If you tried cycling power, then either the box is not getting the Program Allocation Table (PAT) or the box is busted. Either way, you have to call the cable company.
I hate the IO Cable box, I have kinds of stupid problems with my box ALL THE TIME. You'll have to call and speak with someone, and if they sound like they don't know what they're talking about - call again speak to someone else.
