Painting with a pallet knife?

I want to start doing paintings with a majority of a pallet knife. Though I know it uses a lot of paint and oil paint is expensive. How do people paint with pallet knifes without spending a fortune

Absolutely call the OSHA hotline! Those blocks are not supposed to be on a shelf in the first place. Pallets of blocks are to be stacked on the floor. Always. I hope the manager gets canned. Lowe's considers that a class A violation, which means immediate termination. We have to be constantly vigilant for any safety issues. The general public does not know what is safe what isn't, when it comes to how stock is placed and moved. It's our job to keep them safe.
