hi me and some m8s wer having a heated convo about wat the police can pick up in there helicopters wiv there heat detector well wat it was our m8 was growng plants in a concreat shed last year wiv a 1000w light to pay 4 his uni fees and he said as the celing was 6 inc thick concrete they can not detect this but i think he is wronge as they can see into peoples atics so can some one let him know that i am rite lmao or am i wronge doubt it lol ?????????????

They are going to want at least 2 bad reviews or at least documented meetings where they hold you to clean up your act if they are wanting to not only fire you, but keep from paying for unemployment. It sounds like time to send that resume out! You could also simply ask where they see you, maybe there is a position that suits your present skills better.
I can feel for you. This is a very hard time with having to find another job. The best thing that you can do is to go to different companies that you're interested in,and ask to talk with the manager and see if they are hiring for any positions. Dress to be interviewed, and arm yourself with a bunch of resumes and other things and you might be greatly surprised. Good luck:)
