Is this Ps3 iso or whatever loader, FERROX and some other company, really gonna come out or is it bullshit if not then when will it come out?

It's fiction I am afraid, and year old fiction at that! There are no iso loaders for the PS3, and probably won't ever be. The Cell chip was designed to be secure, the decryption key is contained in hardware and only accessible to the cell processor for running an encrypted boot loader.
