Question about cooking on the stove with fire-when you intentionally set the food on fire?

I love to cook, and im starting to branch out to even more types of cooking and trying to perfect my technique. With recent events ive become very weary of fire -the noise of the alarm sometimes causes me to have panic attacks..but im getting better HA HA. Anyway I was wondering if when you cook on the stove and a recipe has you add rum and set it on fire is that enough to cause the fire alarm to go off?

Answer:

Yes definitely. You have to be careful with electric blankets because they are a fire hazard. A new one would be a good idea and if getting a new one, might as well get a bigger one.
is it the strap with the lock thing? well, its pretty study, i don't have one but my friend has one and i tried it. it locks pretty good. i'm not sure if you can do tricks but i wouldn't risk it. i love my guitar too much!
The pull station generally goes on an addressable map-net circuit, and often requires an appropriately sized resistor at the end of line device. The strobe goes on a notification circuit, and the battery in the panel has to be appropriately sized to power all devices on the notification circuit. Fire alarms are complex systems, and if you've never had any training then you are probably going to run afoul of several very strict laws. This is not a DIY situation.
