Answer:

Do you have the toaster on? Sometimes the heat from my oven makes my smoke detectors go off.
Electric (hardwired) smoke detectors have a battery back up. When one detector goes, all of them go off, one of them has a low battery, it might be a good idea to change all of them at the same time. They usually last about five years.
In 1970, York Minster was struck by lightning. The insurance companies said it was an 'act of god', the Church of England said it wasn't! This is true!
The other answers cover the typical issues. How about this one: Are you sure they are all smoke detectors? You might have a Carbon Monoxide alarm tied in with those Smoke ones! Usually the unit that is telling the others to sound off will be blinking its light in a different pattern than the others. If they are more than say 10 or 12 years old, they may need to be replaced. Or so says the manufacturers. I'd get rid of any that give false alarms anyway and replace with a better one. They don't like steamy showers, so don't mount them too close to the bathrooms.
Maybe it is detecting something you can't see. The sensor could be dusty; I think you can blow out the dust with air in a can. Consider getting another smoke detector and see what it does.
