Hello all,I wear skirts because of my religion. I had got hired,went to orientation and all, but when i showed up to work on my first day the say i cant work because of my skirt. I wasn't told this in my interview or in orientation. Also to mention it is warehouse job that has conveyor belts,and i have worked at a similar place and never had a problem. Even though they dont allow skirts can they not work with me because of my religion, and that i also had experience with conveyor belts and never had any saftey issues. would this be considered religion discrimination?thank you all in advance.

Well 3 things I would grab are my cellphone, my playstation3 and my vibrator (husband is deployed so this is a necessity) LOL. Two of the things I listed are right beside me also. One is right under my pillow. Want to guess which one? LOL. And while I am getting those things I would yell to my kids to get their laptop, their Wii and their cellphones. But we keep fire hydrants in the garage and I am very careful so this wouldn't happen. But a fun question.
