1)yes 2)yes, you can use that lug. ?) is there a bar that runs from neutral bar w/lug to the other neutral bar? you can bond the neutral bar to the can itself and put the neutral and ground wires on the same bar, unless you have equipment that needs an isolated ground. good luck.
