I have a Chrysler 2002 and I believe the transmission is out. I‘m not sure what the most inexpensive effective solution is? My husband can drive it in 2nd and 3rd gear. It will however not go in 1st or reverse. It does have transmission fluid I did not let that run out. Any suggestions of where to start!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!
the transmission is shot. chrysler has had problems with their transmissions for years I dont know why they cant fix the problem. you can take it to a shop and have the problem repaired or go to the dealership and get a new one There are some shops on the market that will fix only the problem , it is a lot cheaper than a new one. Youll have to do some research to find a shop to fix it. its up to you.
