Crikey. I just had my Myson Apollo 5Si repaired - British Gas came out 12 times before they identified the problem (the circuit board which they had wrongly wired in the first place on Visit 2). I would guess it could be a circuit board issue but that's just me speaking from my own experience and nothing else. Good luck!
