What is the best way to get rid of mold in an attic?

I am buying a house and during the home inspection we found that the attic is about 80% covered in black moldThere is no vent leading outside of the houseWhat can we ask the seller's to do to fix this? What is the best way to fix it? 5 years down the road I don't want to have the same problem if we try to sell the house.

Cooking it open would help but always wait after taking it out of the oven for at least 15 minutes to let the juices settle back in the meat(This goes for ALL meats).What I would recommend is a nice Hot cast iron or a pan that can handle high heat(some non stick pans give off an unhealthy smoke when faced with high heat) and sear both sides of the pork chop for only a few minutes to maybe 5 (if you can't get you pan as hot Oh,and use some sort of fat in the pan to prevent sticking) then finish them in the oven.This will give you that great browning and also by finishing it in the oven you will have a uniform texture and throughout the whole chop plus there won't be any burnt spots or pink spots.REMEMBER to let it rest though to save those Juices,Your patience will be rewarded,Hope that helps,Good LUCK.
