Yes, but why spend a few hundred dollars to get 1 or 2 hp. You'll never notice the difference is every day driving and it does nothing for mileage.

if you're a member go to the blast furnace and bring one coal and one iron ore for every steel bar you want and money to unnote the ores, go to blast furnace world, then smelt the bars and make into steel bolts (unf), which you can sell at the Grand Exchange and currently make a profit off hope this helps!
