What is the difference between a gasket and seal on a car?

Answer:

Compared to condos in 99% of cities in the rest of the U.S., yes they are very expensive. Honolulu is pretty big and condo prices vary greatly depending on where you want to live, but the bottom line is condos, townhouses, and single family homes are extremely expensive. A typical 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 900 sf condo is a decent building (not ghetto) go for around $300K in the not-so-ghetto areas of Honolulu. The nicer condos in the newer buildings go for $600K to over $1M. Condos can be found for cheaper than $300K in Waikiki and Honolulu, however just about all of them are much smaller than 900 sf and don't come with a single parking stall. Hawaii is one of the most expensive places, if not THE most expensive place, to live in all of America. EVERYTHING here is more expensive, from the electricity to the gasoline to the food to the clothing. If you don't have a combined household income of at least $75K/year than you'll most likely struggle or will live a much lower quality of life than where ever you're from. Most people here work two or more jobs just to get by. That's the price of paradise. And keep in mind that we're in the middle of the ocean so you have to fly back to the mainland to visit family. Depending on where you're from it can cost anywhere from $400 to $800 round trip. I guess you technically don't have to have a car because we have a pretty good bus system. But do you really want to be limited to the bus schedule and routes? Without a car you won't have the freedom to go where you please when you please.
As long as you have full coverage insurance and don't mind paying the deductible. should be a no fault claim so your rates shouldn't go up, but all insurance company's are different, so you might want to call them first, if your talking about filing a claim against the city or whoever, yea good luck with that.
