After one jailbreaks with greenpois0n (either iOS 4.1 or iOS 4.2.1), greenpois0n puts an application called Loader on your device. One can download and install Cydia by opening Loader and installing it. After one has done this, the Loader is pretty much useless and can be removed from within the application itself.
