Question:

What is the use of an electric insulation meter? What is the specified value of the motor? Below how much is not good?

What is the use of an electric insulation meter? What is the specified value of the motor? Below how much is not good?

Answer:

1. before measuring, the power supply of the tested electric appliance and circuit shall be cut off, and the relevant components shall be checked temporarily after the electricity is checked, so as to ensure the safety of the body and the safety of the watch and the accurate measurement result.2., choose the meter range correctly: low voltage appliance, select 500V file, 6KV high voltage appliance, select 2500V file.3. check the European watches for good or bad
The wiring must be properly measured. There are 3 terminals (L, E, G). The measuring circuit of resistance, the exposed conductor L end and loop connection, E end is connected with a wire or metal shell; insulation resistance measurement circuit, the head end and the tail end of the loop respectively with L, E connection cable; insulation resistance measurement, in order to prevent the cable surface leakage current has influence on the measurement accuracy. The shield of the cable should be connected to the G terminal.
Check whether the is in good condition: connect the L side to the E side, press the TEST ON-OFF pointer to 0, separate the L end from the E side, and press the TEST ON-OFF pointer to infinity. Otherwise, replace the European watch.
First of all, check whether the ohmmeter has power. Switch the switch to the BATT CHECK (battery check) position. The table pointer is in the BATT GOOD interval, otherwise the battery will be replaced.
The measurement of the flexible wire should be well insulated. The two wires between the terminal and the sample can not be twisted. They should be connected separately to prevent the cable from being insulated and affect the reading.
