I would call a Skutt dealer or the very friendly Paragon Kiln (which is about 6 miles from me) and ask but I am almost certain putting 240 on the 208 coils will overheat them greatly and burn out quicklyYou might be able to get replacement 240 or 120 volt coils that would make it useful.
