The movie is about clones who think they are normal humans that live in a advanced society which is really an underground silo. they are fed perfect meals and have a quot;lotteryquot; that they are tricked into believeing will give them a trip to a very nice island when in reality the lottery is them being called to have their body parts harvested for the person who they are a clone of who has say been in an car accident, shooting, etc. the movie ends with a few clones finding out and escapeing the ending I believe being the escaped clone meeting his owner and his owner getting shot thus leading to the clone fighting the case and the clones are then freed into the real world and meeting their once owners.
