I have a great simple recipe for BBQ chicken breastsIt says to cover the pan tightly with foil and cook 30 to 35 minutesNext it says to uncover and continue cooking an additional 30 minutesShould I use my metal pan or a glass pan? My metal pan is actually a baking sheet.Thanks!
