Whats the recipie for the things u wrap egg rolls in?

Answer:

The things you wrap egg rolls in are won ton skinsYou don't want or need to know a recipe on how to make themJust go to an Asian market and buy themSome 35 years ago, I had a neighbor who was born and raised in JapanShe had married an American, moved to this country, and adapted our customsI got to know her pretty wellWhen she found out that I liked Chinese/Japanese food, she was elatedHer husband didn't like gk foodOne day when I came home from work, she was waiting for me with a bowl wrapped in aluminum foilI no more than got out of the car and she wanted me to try a Japanese tacoShe pulled the foil wrap off the bowl and held it out to meI tried one and it was DE-FREAKING_LICIOUSShe explained it was an adaption of her upbringing and the foods she had tasted here in the USAIt was ground beef and vegs wrapped in a won ton skin and deep friedI have never had anything like it before or since that dayNaturally, she had several dipping sauces to go along with the tacos She had hoisin, tempura, the Japanese equivalent to wasabi, and a Mexican salsa frescaWe sat on my front lawn and just enjoyed the bowlWhen I asked her what a won ton skin is, she said you don't want to knowNo, it's not made of bat's ears and pig snoutIt's made of rice flour and a bunch of ingredients that aren't available here in the StatesEven if you knew the recipe, you couldn't make it because you can't get the ingredientsJust buy won ton skins, and forget about it(Kim! NO! You can't bake ANYTHING in a mixing bowl! And there is not possible way to bake a cake into the size shape of a pail.the cake would be too thick to cook properlyThe outside would burn and the inside would still be like batterI know you don't want to - but i strongly recommend just baking 5 or 6 cakes and stacking them with icing in betweenThen you can use a knife to cut the cake into a pail shape There isn't a can, mold, or pan out there that will allow you to bake a single pail shaped cakeSorry.
