Get back to your attorney ASAP!!! Update him on what is going on and hang in there. Your attorney needs to bring this up with the judge because this is outrageous. I've seen things like this happen before and it never turns out goodI hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to stay in the fight and pass this information to your comp attorney. He will probably refer you to a labor attorney who will go after your boss. Keep a journal with numbered pages that are not loose leaf. Write down everything that goes on and everything your boss says. This will build up your case. Chances are that your boss is not stupid. He is not going to try to fire you directly for something related to your work injury. He will try to get rid of you BECAUSE of your comp suit, but he will use the excuse of your mental health and value to the company etc. So write down everything with times and dates. Gather your portfolio with all of your prior evals from your superiors before the comp suit. The argument could be made that before the suit you were worth your weight in gold.but all of a sudden, after the suit you're not mentally fit? This is the argument you need to prepare for but go to an attorney ASAP!

is it the front door or back? What happens when you pull on the handle? Is the lock button up. I would suspect one of the rods from the handle to the latch came off. If you look at the latch from inside the door you should see a steel rod that hangs from the handle and goes to the latch. That rod, at times becomes unattached from the latch or the handle. It usually comes off the handle. Look at the area and see if you see any vertical standing metal rods that are just flopping in the breeze and not attached on one end. If you do pull up on it and it should open the door.If not drive your car while its apart over to a local lock smith and i am sure they can pop it open and correct the problem for under $150 bucks. If it is the back door the child safety lock out is jamed and you may need to go to a lock smith to un jam it.
