Answer:

Anything that has lots of veggies in it is your friendTry eating more legumes (like beans or lentils) rather than meatAlso, instead of refined carbohydrates, try eating whole grain rices, pastas and breadsDon't forget to drink lots of water! QUESADILLAS This is extremely easy to make, and good to make if you’re in a hurry to make somethingIt tastes yummy! Tortillas 1 can of diced tomatoes, drained 1 can corn niblets, drained 1 onion, diced Cheddar cheese, grated Hot peppers 1 can of black beans, drained, rinsed and mashed Put a tortilla down on a baking sheetPut on the beans, top with tomatoes, corn, onion, hot pepper and cheese (or add your own favourite toppings)Bake at 350F for 5 min., when cheese is meltedServe with salsa.
No, you don'tAs the candle burns, the wax meltsIf you leave it in the aluminum, all the wax melts but it keeps burning until it's almost all goneIf you took the aluminum off, the wax would run all over as it melts, get on whatever the candle is sitting on, and as soon as enough of it melted away from the wick the candle wouldn't burn any moreMost tealights burn for 3 to 4 hours inside the cupTake away the cup and you probably won't get more than an hour of burning time, maybe even less.
