I only want to know about the theme decks , Psy Crusher or Frost Ray, nothing much else, and please answer quickly... I'm in a rush...
Psy Crusher, now they are both pretty bad and probably wouldn't work well in competitive play but Psy Crusher does have some decent cards but the main reason why Psy Crusher is better is because it doesn't have a ton of useless Eeveelutions that are just dead weight like in Frost Ray but I should warn you with theme decks you only have a shot at winning against people using theme decks or poorly constructed decks
