Question:

who invented the lightning rod? and who got the first patent for the lightning rod?

who invented the lightning rod? and who got the first patent for the lightning rod?

Answer:

Glitter is just bits of reflective material. Reflection is when light bounces off a surface. If you put something clear over it, light will still get to the glitter and reflect off, making it sparkle. The only way to make something reflective stop reflecting is to put something over it that light can't get through, i.e. some kind of opaque (not transparent) paint.
WIth the viper installed there is usually a bypass button somewhere. You hold the button in and turn the car on with the key. The alarm will not activate for that cycle. The button is usually hidden somewhere, but it will be within reach of someone sitting behind the steering wheel. Your final alternate is to locate the viper brain box, and then pull the fuse. YOur car should start however you may have to get the alarm reprogrammed (I don't know about that aspect of the viper). good luck
