why dose this fuse keep blowing in my car?

i have a 97 toyota camry and this fise keeps blowing in my car its is a 10A fuse and the fuse says 30 on it when it blows the car battery jus dies fast and over time like i will turn on the windhild wippers and the cd player will turn off i replaced the fuse 9 times and they all blown the last 1 i put in lasted for about 3 days but now they jus keep blwong what could be the problem please help me.

What fuse is it for? Check the line the fuse is for.
Sounds like you have a bad ground wire in that harness. A bag ground requires more positive power draw (through the fuse and electrical componet) to jump the bad connection on the other ground side. It will only get worse as the jump sparking increases on the grounding side of the component. You need someone to go through and OHM out all of your ground connections in that area.
